Hello and welcome to our tutorial series on the topic of „Communicating effectively“.

My team and I have been helping entrepreneurs and managers to implement changes quickly and effectively in their organisation for over 15 years. Our experience has been the same time and time again: many changes fail because employees are not taken on board. They find out too late or not at all what the new project is about, why something is changing or how the process will work. There is usually one key factor missing in order to successfully complete a change – but this is crucial: communication from managers – in other words, your communication. With our videos, we would like to prepare you for one of your most important tasks as a manager: Your role as a communicator in important change processes.
